Please review the Return Policy of ONE STOP SOUL below for information on returns, exchanges and refunds.
As ONE STOP SOUL is a print-on-demand business, all of its items are one-of-a-kind and created only after you place an order. This also implies that exchanges and refunds are not permitted in the event that you order the incorrect size, color, or product altogether.
However, if you inform us within 10 days of receiving the product and there is a manufacturing defect or a damaged product, ONE STOP SOUL will provide a free replacement or a refund. Please contact our team by stating the exact problem and attaching a clear snapshot of the problem.
An extra photo (or video) of all the impacted items displayed in one frame will be needed for confirmation if the problem affects multiple products that share the same design.
Please be aware that if you order the incorrect size or color, ONE STOP SOUL will not be held accountable and will not provide replacements or refunds. In the event of a failed delivery, you have the choice of a replacement at an additional cost or a partial refund. There is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print location on DTG products, which means that tiny differences in print placement won’t be regarded as flaws. So please carefully review the sizing charts and any disclaimers that may be included in the product descriptions.
Our products are created specifically for each customer, often with unique designs, sizes and personalization. This means that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be resold or reused for another customer. Therefore, its not possible to cancel an already-placed order.
